ahe365 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ahe365 website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). ahe365 is operated by its respective corporate entity ("ahe365", "we", "us", or "our") and provides online casino gaming, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ahe365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or via your registered email address. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ahe365 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming principles.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of ahe365 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order relevant to your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by ahe365 for breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it if it changes. ahe365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be attributed to you. In the event of unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ahe365 support immediately.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ahe365 account must be made using payment methods approved and listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ahe365 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits based on account verification status, responsible gaming settings, or risk management decisions.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ahe365 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained by lawful means. ahe365 has a zero-tolerance policy for deposits made from fraudulently obtained funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ahe365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

ahe365 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued National ID card, passport, or other documents sufficient to confirm your identity, age, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

ahe365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in the player's name, or anonymous payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ahe365 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance where a balance exists. Prior to applying any inactivity fee, ahe365 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via their registered email address.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Platform Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all ahe365 promotions:

• One bonus per player: Each eligible player may claim a given bonus offer once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be requested. Default wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion description. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Cash first policy: Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: ahe365 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void winnings generated from bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.

ahe365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour among all users of the Platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible via your account dashboard at any time.

If you believe that your gambling is becoming harmful to you or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to contact our customer support team, who are trained to handle such requests with care and confidentiality. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period chosen by the player.

ahe365 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, spending limits, or mandatory cooling-off periods on any account where internal monitoring indicators suggest patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, irrespective of whether the player has requested such intervention.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and the compilation thereof — is the property of ahe365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of ahe365.

You must not use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data mining software to access or extract data from the Platform. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any element of the Platform software is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ahe365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ahe365 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ahe365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ahe365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ahe365 shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, otherwise it shall be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
